Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

14-day returns:
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the watch must be unworn and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging, protective films, tags, and accompanying documentation intact.

How to start a return:
Email us at montaire.official1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we will send instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your watch arrives damaged or defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us immediately at montaire.official1@gmail.com and we will make it right.

Warranty:
Every Montaire timepiece is covered by a 1-year international warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page for full details.

Non-returnable items:
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Watches showing signs of wear, or returned without their original packaging and documentation, are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the piece you want is to return your original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

EU 14-day cooling-off period:
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The watch must be unworn, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at montaire.official1@gmail.com.
